Contrel introduces GW-11, the modem designed for remote disconnection applications in wind and photovoltaic plants, developed to meet the requirements of safety, reliability and ease of installation.
Compliant with AEEG Resolution 421/2014 and CEI 0-16 Standard – Annex M, GW-11 receives the signal from the Distribution System Operator and sends the command to the interface protection system, enabling generation disconnection in the event of grid emergencies.
Thanks to its self-learning function, the device automatically recognises the plant configuration, minimising parameter-setting activities and simplifying commissioning.
With a compact size of just 2 DIN modules, GW-11 is compatible with GSM/GPRS SIM cards from major telecom operators and provides a practical solution for wind and photovoltaic plants with a power rating of 100 kW or above.
The solution is completed by free technical support, ensuring qualified assistance even after installation.
GW-11: reliability today, for safer energy tomorrow.
